Music Ministry Inside each believer is a heart of praise. Scripture declares it, "Let everything that hath breath PRAISE THE LORD!" The Music Ministry at Newfound has as its driving directive to encourage every person to WORSHIP GOD IN SPIRIT AND IN TRUTH.
Jesus told the woman at the well, ". . . the time is coming and is already here when true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and in truth. The Father is looking for anyone who will worship him that way. For God is Spirit, so those who worship him must worship in spirit and in truth." John 4:23-24 Those who are gifted in the areas of music are encouraged to join with others to aid in the corporate worship experiences at Newfound. From the Celebration Choir (7th graders through age 99!) to the Praise Teams, to ensembles, soloists, musicians, and more, we all seek to encourage the praise and adoration of our great and mighty God.
